If you work at now, do you ever think statisfied with your work ? Are balance between jobs and income that you get ? Sometimes, this sense of dissatisfaction from the trigger manager who earn less.
As a result, clearly, the quality of jobs may be declining.

What actually matters that affect the size of the income received by someone? In fact there are some factor that affect someone incomes, such as :
a. education
Education can influence income because education can help someones get good job and also good income, this means that someone who has higher education tend to generate more money than someone who just graduated in elementary school.But education is not a guarantee.
b. job
Someones incomes also related with the wok he did. Are suitable for his school background or not. There’s two types of worker, such as :
* White collar worker means that in working they use their mind and this type can created a lot of income
* Blue collar worker means that in worker they use their power and this typed need more time in work, and usually their income little
c. age
why this can influence income, usually someone under 25 years old have little income than someone top 25 years because they doesn’t have an experience in working and they new in job world. This is different with someone top 25 years because they have more experience in job and also they more expert in doing their job.
d. living places
someone living places influence their income because the regional minimum wage which is different from them if they live in large cities minimum wage higher than those who live in small town.
e. fortune
Fortune factors are also sometimes play a role in determining the income which is when we get the right job and salary that will make us most successful. but what happens if the work that we can not match our expectations and income are also less compared to the cost of living is issued
f. talent
Talent we have sometimes become plus point that can make our income increase.
g. work hard
Sometimes someones do work hard in his office to make their boss proud and give some expectation that they will et increase in office and get automatically get an increase in salary.
h. Connection
Connection sometimes play a role in someones earning, because you have connection that works as a head of division of HRD or finance division, then it can only affect the amount of income you receive.

Some of the above can affect the income that you can be in the works. But the main thing that you should remember that “it is better for you get more income because your work hard than get your more income because a connection, and I think more proud for you if you get it with your own business”.
